Expired Call of 28 May Mastek and 9 June Kale consultants.
Mastek touched a mark of 287 up 8% from the call price of 265-270 on 18th June, it has showed some more upward movement post Q1 results and is trading currently at 290.
Call for Kale Consultants was given with the assumption that it will announce the completion of acquisition of Cognosys Software Pvt Ltd along with the annual results and the future numbers will take into consideration the consolidated profits. But the same did not happen. Kale consultants announced the completion of acquisition of Cognosys Software Pvt Ltd on 9th July. This was in the mid of budget volatility and thus went unnoticed. Now that the acquisition is complete and markets are showing positive sign, I continue my call for 4 more weeks with a target of 46/47.
